Kids All, located at 148 Admiralty Way, Summerstrand, Port Elizabeth, South Africa is a company dedicated to renting baby equipment and other goods for personal and domestic use via the Internet. Organisation of fairs and other similar events. Repair, cleaning and maintenance of baby equipment.
The website www.kidsall.co.za is registered under the “.co.za domain/subdomain registration”, and is the property of Kids All.
Kids All reserves the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Content information
We make every effort to ensure that the information provided does not have any typographical errors and, whenever they do occur, Kids All will correct them as soon as possible.
The photographs presented on the website are for illustrative purposes only, and a copy of the product to be rented is presented. Kids All recommends that the Customer consults the detailed description of the product, in order to obtain complete information about its characteristics.
If the product does not correspond to the information presented on our website, the Customer has the right to cancel the rental and be refunded the entire amount paid.
All products identified on the website www.kidsall are subject to stock availability.
Kids All reserves the right to modify the information and commercial offer presented at any time.
Ordering online
To request a reservation through our website, the Customer must select the desired equipment, indicate the rental dates, fill in the personal details, indicate the delivery and pickup address and select the payment method, after which send the request.
No payment is required yet!
After that, the Customer will receive the reservation details by email (required equipment, delivery and pickup address, personal details and payment method).
The Customer will be contacted to confirm the availability of the desired equipment and if it is not in stock, we will present the alternatives that are available allowing the Customer to exchange the equipment.
We will also request the estimated delivery and pickup time and indicate the value of the delivery/pickup fee (if applicable).
We may also ask if delivery is made at Port Elizabeth airport, for the estimated time of arrival, the flight number and the airline.
Only after confirming the details above will the Customer pay the rental, security deposit and any delivery/collection fee.
All orders are subject to stock availability.
We only process a reservation after payment confirmation, we do not guarantee the availability of the equipment before payment.
Delivery and return
The delivery and the return of the equipment are set at the moment of formalizing the reservation.
Any need to change the dates and/or locations of delivery by customer requirement or Kids All, should be reported by email (info@kidsall.co.za) at least 24 hours in advance and is subject to the agreement of both parties.
If the client is not at the address and time agreed, Kids All will try to contact you to schedule a new day and/or a new time. For each new delivery time, it will be charged an extra fee.
Kids All shall not be responsible for any failure or delay in the delivery of the equipment rented, caused by any event or circumstance which is beyond our control, such as strikes, fires, floods, explosions or accidents.
Operate area
Kids All operates throughout the city of Port Elizabeth, South Africa.
Outside these areas, we only guarantee deliveries and pickups if there is a quote approval beforehand.
The rented items are for exclusive use in the Eastern Cape region of South Africa.
Prices and delivery costs
Prices are presented in rands (R) and include VAT at the applicable rate in force.
Equipment prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Delivery and pickup locations and respective fees are shown below:
- Port Elizabeth Airport: free
- Summerstrand: free
- Other: by arrangement
For other locations, delivery and pickup fees will be calculated based on the location and material weight.
Payment methods
There are three payment methods ways:
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Wire/bank Transfer
Security Deposit (required)
The security deposit will be paid when formalising the order and refunded in the same payment method after verification of its status by Kids All.
Client’s Responsibility
- The client is responsible for ensuring that the product is in perfect condition and to install the product according to the instructions.
- Upon receiving the product, the client should verify the material and confirm that it works correctly and is in perfect condition for the purpose for which was rented. If the material is not in perfect condition or does not match the material the client asked for, the client should inform Kids All, so that the material is replaced.
- To return the equipment to us on the specified date. If the equipment is returned to Kids All after the agreed date, the client will be charged a daily rate for the product until the return of the equipment.
- The client is responsible for the material and is committed to take good care of it. The client will have full civil responsibility for the incorrect use of material.
- The client should return the material in the same conditions that were rented. Damages and wear due to normal usage are accepted by Kids All.
- If the equipment is returned broken or permanently unusable, the customer is responsible for its repair or replacement. Kids All reserves the right to keep the deposit until the product is replaced.
Cancellation
- Cancellations up to 24 hours before the beginning of the rental will refund the amount paid by the customer, except for a commission for administrative expenses in the amount of R100.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the rental, will charge the total amount paid, with no refund.

We advise you to read the Privacy Policy that applies to the website www.kidsall.co.za and to use the services available, even without making purchases. The Privacy Policy of Personal Data will help you understand how and for what purposes, Kids All collects and uses your personal data.
Alternative Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint about a service you purchased on our website, instead of going to court, you could opt for alternative dispute resolution. Alternative dispute resolution is, in general, less expensive, less formal and faster than court proceedings.
Applicable legislation
These Terms and Conditions have been issued under South African legislation. For all disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions is hereby agreed that the place of jurisdiction shall be the competence of the District of Lisbon Court, with the express waiver of any other.
